Vietnam: a 6 days itinerary

If you wish to travel to Vietnam during your summer vacation, be warned. We arrived at mid-June and were literally drenched in sweat, it was super-duper hot! I heard that temperature will be around 34 degree Celsius in June! I was wondering how am I going to stay for 6 days in this country. Enough ranting, negativity aside, let's roll.

13 Types of Travelers We (Even the Cats) Hate To Meet

We all meet A LOT of people during our travels: people with different personalities, temperaments, behaviors, mindsets…. all gather together by a common passion—our passion to see the world. While there are a lot of travel blogs out there that have listed down all types of travelers they hate, I am actually happy to find out that my tolerance is much much higher.

All thanks to a plethora of websites, befriending a local or two has never been easier. I like to talk to locals before my trip, it helps with my trip planning and makes discovering local hidden gems possible even before you set foot in the city. Don't you just love the internet?
Kind reminder: trust your instinct and always put safety first.

Italy: Early Entrance into the Vatican City with Livitaly Tours

Vatican city is the smallest state in the world walled within the marvelous city of Rome. It is certainly one of my must-sees during this trip, but before I go, my friends warned me about the long lines, enormous crowd, and the scorching sun in June do no help either.

The halls were almost empty when I visited, and that was in JUNE, the high season!

Day Trip to the Dolomites from Venice

The beauty of Dolomites is described so many times in literature, travel blogs, and documentaries that I decided to include this beautiful mountain range (also an UNESCO Heritage Site) into my itinerary. I've done a quick search on the net and found out that it is only a 2 and a half hour drive from Venice, which is perfect for a day trip! However, I do not drive well enough and certainly, will not risk my life attempting to drive in an unfamiliar region (especially when hairpin turns are involved up on the mountains!)
