Let's see, firstly, let's set our budget to RM3,000 for a return flight ticket, and of course, the lower the price, the better!
Step 1: Search EVERYWHERE!
Remember to check the "Return" box, key in your country of departure and number of person flying.
Step 2: Change the date to ANYTIME!
If your travel date is flexible, you can search for the cheapest flight ticket of all time by selecting "Whole Month". Then, click on the "Cheapest Month".
Here is how your search box will look like after clicking on "Cheapest Month":
Step 3: Click "SEARCH FLIGHTS"!
A list of destinations will pop out, together with the cheapest deals available in each country... Let's see... how about going to Europe? Any country in Europe.
Step 4: Select Destination, Departure City and Dates!
Once you click on a city (In our case, Frankfurt) and departure city (Kuala Lumpur), you will be directed to a page with a calendar marking the cheapest and most expensive flying date. Choose your preferred departure and return date.In our case, flying out of Kuala Lumpur on 2 March and returning on 9 March seems reasonable. It leaves us with a solid 6 days in Frankfurt, so how about that? Let's click "SHOW FLIGHT" to find out more.
Step 5: Decision time!
Wait patiently for the page to load... Opps! Looks like we are too late for the RM1776 deal. Now the cheapest flight from Kuala Lumpur to Frankfurt cost RM2044, including 2 transit stops...
WAIT A MINUTE... 42 hours to reaching destination? No way!
MISSION: ABORTED.
Don't be discourage! Repeat Step 1 to 3... who knows? something better awaits us. Looking carefully at the list again, we notice Netherlands. Let's check it out.
Well, Amsterdam seems like a good choice!
Again, choose your preferred date of departure and return. 15-29 March gives us 13 days to explore the region. Let's brainstorm:
2 full days in Amsterdam
a day trip to Zaan Schan by train.
a day trip to Giethoorn by tour.
Take a bus or train to Brussels and spend 2 days in Brussels.
Take a night bus to London and spend 3 days in London.
Take a night bus to Paris and spend 3 days in Paris.
Take a night bus back to Amsterdam.
13 days! This looks like a good idea.
So, click "Show Flights" and cross our fingers...
RM2115!
And we are flying with Etihad Airline, in my humble opinion, one of the Top Airlines in the World!

Step 6: SOLD! Amsterdam, here we come!
Click on "SELECT" and you will be asked to check your itinerary details. Also, choose the agency you are booking the flight ticket with. Remember to google the companies and read their customer reviews before you decide!
Once you've chosen the booking agency and click on "SELECT", you will be redirected to the Agency's official website.
Step 7: Key in details and Proceed to payment.
This is the final step. And then what is left to do, is to plan your epic Europe trip next Spring starting from Amsterdam!
