Living in Playa del Carmen for 2 and a half years now, Fern is enjoying every second of her tropical beach life. You’ll most likely find her stuffing her face with the delicious local cuisine, or under the waves, in the crystal clear Caribbean sea, trying to make friends with the local sea life!

Germany: Spaghetti Eis (Spaghetti Ice Cream)

In 1969, a creative phenomenal dish had sprung out in Mannhei, grabbing everyone’s attention in Germany’s ice cream industry. Mannheim’s own Willy Wonka- Dario Fontanelle is the man behind this now- German specialty. Stringy vanilla ice cream pressed through a chilled Spätzle press, topped with strawberry sauce that looks like tomato sauce, desiccated coconut playing as Parmesan cheese, this is literally an ice cream that can be your main dish of the night. Well next time when your parents insist that you have a main before ordering desserts, order a plate of “German Spaggs” *wink*

Located at the Top of Grafton Street is a beautiful city center public park: the "St Stephen Green". The Fusilier's Arch marks the main entrance into St. Stephen's Green. Once you are within its wall, Forget about the city! You are now in an oasis away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania, is a great city for both families and young creatives/freelancers as the city is affordable and has a few really up-and-coming, hip neighborhoods.

Our very first time of visiting Bangkok had surprisingly brought a lot of fun to us. This is a family trip where we planned our own without joining the tour group! We just looked for the local driver and make the booking online. So we really put lots of effort in searching those places. We really had so much fun and it seemed that spending 5 days 4 nights were ain't enough for us. So now, let the journey begins!

This celebrated Edinburgh shop is located right on the Royal Mile, to be exact, on the Canongate street.Every lovely chunk of fudge is hand made to a traditional secret family recipe since 1949.
