Dublin Castle was formerly the center of Administration
during 700 years of British rule in Ireland. Today, the castle is a popular
venue for ceremonial occasions, exhibitions, and concerts.

The Chester Beatty Library is located within the Castle and it is worth a visit
to browse through some of the most impressive collections of Oriental art in
the world. Admission to the Chester Beatty Library is free.
